The works shown here are among those that will be auctioned on June 2, 2001. This will be a silent auction - bids will be written on posted sheets next to art pieces from May 1, 2001 through June 2, 2001.

Items with an "L" following the catalog number are not for sale but are for lease. Check with Rob regarding the terms of the lease.

We will hold an open house during the month of May (until June 2) for the purpose of viewing the art works (and the garden), and bids may be made during this time.

If you wish to have a bid placed for you, you can do so via telephone, mail, or e-mail. You will need to have a coded ID number to make a bid; if you do not already have an ID number, call and we will assign you one and reference it to your telephone number.

All bids must have the ID number, the catalog or piece number, and the amount of the bid. Instructions such as "match all bids on piece number ___ plus up to a certain $ ___ amount" may also be submitted and this will be done for you. You can also specify a maximum figure that limits your total expenditure, as in "piece number ___, limit $ ____" and we will do that.

It is possible that bids submitted as late as 3:00 pm June 2, 2001 may be honored, however, depending on response, off-site bidding may not be honored after June 1, 2001. Winning bidders will be notified thereafter as circumstances allow. Payment will be by money order, personal check or cash (for those present at the end of bidding).

If you or someone you know will not be here on the second of June, please give thought as to how and when you can obtain your purchases.

We will not assume responsibility for delivery, shipping or insurance for the art. Any problems will be resolved as we see fit and as they arise.
